Who Can You Trust With Your Family's Health?

Anywhere everywhere you go these days people are following and introducing one product or the other; there are numerous supplements claiming to be efficacious and the first of its kind in the whole world. They claim their product is the ‘best’ to ever be produced in human history.

When you search the internet, everyone says, "our product is the best", or "we have the lowest prices". Everyone promises ‘great service' and a ‘wide selection', however only few deliver on their promises. In this day and age of hype and false-promises, people have become cynical. Many believe, that "you can't trust anyone anymore."

This is especially true in the health ‘industry'. Many companies that manufacture and sell health products simply care more about their gains than your health. The great question therefore is what has happened to ethics, integrity and the truth in advertising particularly health products?

When you enter a supermarket, or drugstores the shelves are filled with health food; in a store, you find many brands of nutritional supplements that can make your head spin. Don’t ever venture to ask the supermarkets and store clerks for guidance, because the chances are there that they know as little about nutrition as you.

Current research shows that the average secretary knows more about nutrition than most medical doctors.  After visiting many ‘natural' health websites, you would have developed a basic understanding about some of the keys to staying healthy such as:

you need to exercise, you need good nutrition, clean air and water, most of us need to lose weight and reduce the stress levels in your lives, and you need to become more conscious about chemicals and toxins in your homes and bodies.

The problem is, with your busy lives who has time to go to the gym and who can afford a personal nutritionist, and most people don't want the pain of radically changing their lives for the sake of becoming ‘healthy'. Still, the most important question remains- Who can you trust with your health?

You should become weary and skeptical about the health care products and supplements being consistently churned out. Did you know that the word ‘doctor' actually means ‘teacher'?

Try to find one source of health care that you can trust to teach you and give you accurate information about the products available; because this will help you take charge of your own health.  It is known that "underlying every health condition is nutritional deficiencies, stress, and the growing burden of chemical toxins that the body must cope with.

" And " If you can only learn a few basic concepts about what actually causes poor health and make a few simple changes in your life, you wouldn't have to be sick all the time and could actually reduce your risks for many serious health conditions.
