Stress is a daily occurrence in life, it is also something that everybody endures fairly on a regular basis, but when stress begins to have negative impact on your body and mind, it then means that you are not only stressed but you are also distressed.
People often don't realize that stress is not only something you cope with but stress is also a state of your body being impacted negatively. The impact of stress on your body is much more than you may care to acknowledge.

4. Diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is at an epidemic proportion in many societies of the world including rural communities and urban slum. Type 2 diabetes is precipitated by mental and physical stress that subsequently cause rapid fluctuations in blood sugar levels.
Type 2 diabetes no longer respect age, social, and economic status most disturbing aspect of it is that this condition has long-term effects associated with this include heart disease, blindness, liver problems, kidney disease, and more.
5. Heart disease. Stress is very closely associated to heart attacks and sudden death linked with cardiovascular disease (Disease of the heart and blood vessels). When you allow stress untreated, there is quick breakdown of the body break and the heart is often seriously impacted.
6. Hair loss. Stress can be one of the causes of hair loss when left unmanaged.
